01 Acceptance of Terms
By registering a school on LeonEd or using any LeonEd portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
02 School Accounts
- The registering institution is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters, and for creating and managing accounts for its staff, students and parents.
- Users must keep their login details confidential and notify their school administrator of any unauthorized access.
- Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions within their school.
03 Acceptable Use
Use of LeonEd is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:
- Access data you are not authorized to view, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform.
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission from LeonEd.
04 Data & Ownership
Institutions retain full ownership of their data. LeonEd processes that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. The LeonEd platform, brand and software remain the property of LeonEd.
05 Subscription & Termination
Access is provided under the subscription agreed with your institution. If a subscription ends, the school has a 30-day window to export its records, after which they are permanently deleted from LeonEd's primary clusters. LeonEd may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
06 Service Availability
We work to keep LeonEd available at all times and provide 24/7 technical assistance. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability. Current status is shown in our Help Center.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LeonEd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for decisions made based on data entered by an institution or its users.
08 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of LeonEd after an update means you accept the revised terms.
